What’s your role at TrueLab?

Alisa Zolotova: As an HR Specialist, my role is to find, attract, and support talented individuals who make up our creative teams. I’m dedicated to creating an environment where every team member feels valued, motivated, and in the right place.

Our developers, artists, and designers are the heart of what makes our games special, and my job is to make sure they have everything they need to thrive."

What’s your favorite game?

Alisa Zolotova: "My favorite game is Guns, Love & Therapy.

It’s a gripping story about love, freedom, and the fight to be yourself in a world full of obstacles. The post-apocalyptic setting, well-developed characters, and exciting bonus mechanics make it truly unforgettable."

If you could add something to the game, what would it be?

Alisa Zolotova: "I’d love to add motivational messages or inspiring symbols that appear after significant wins.

These small touches would give players a sense of achievement and add an emotional layer to the experience."
