Due to the company’s growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will own game launches, content production, and influencer collaborations, driving execution and delivering measurable results.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are hands-on and execution-driven, able to launch campaigns quickly;
  • You are structured and organized, managing multiple launches in parallel;
  • You are proactive and take ownership without waiting for direction;
  • You are passionate about games, content, and the iGaming industry;
  • You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU DO

Product Marketing (B2B — main focus)

  • Support game releases: announcements, promo materials, coordination with the development team;
  • Run campaigns for flagship titles and new products from start to finish;
  • Develop concepts for non-standard activations: collaborations, digital special projects, merchandise.

Website & Content

  • Manage company website content: relevance, structure, landing pages for games;
  • Build the website content strategy from a marketing and positioning perspective;
  • Ensure the website works as a sales and branding tool, not just a showcase.

PR & Communications

  • Organize PR activities: media pitching, publications, comments, interviews;
  • Manage and develop the company’s LinkedIn page and personal brands of key people;
  • Write and edit texts: press releases, articles, posts, game descriptions.

Streamers & B2C Activations (20% focus)

  • Build relationships with streamers: sourcing, negotiations, organizing streamer projects;
  • Build and grow game communities: UGC content, big win seeding, organic reach;
  • Create mechanics that turn end players into brand ambassadors.

Awards & Nominations

  • Track deadlines for industry awards (EGR, SBC Awards, IGA, etc.) and submit applications;
  • Collect cases and results that support nominations.

Team Management

  • Hire and build workflows with a graphic / motion designer — position open;
  • Hire and build workflows with a content manager — position open;
  • In the future — expand the team, including hiring a PR Manager.

2027 Horizon

  • Organize the company’s participation in international exhibitions (ICE, SBC, etc.): booths, negotiations, materials.

WHAT YOU KNOW

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in iGaming (provider, operator, payment solution, etc.);
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and the specifics of promotion in international markets;
  • Experience building processes independently — ability to work without ready-made infrastructure;
  • Experience managing a small team and external contractors;
  • PR or media communications experience: ability to pitch stories and work with journalists;
  • Understanding of product marketing: how to successfully launch a new game title;
  • Strong written and spoken English (main working language);
  • Ability to prioritize and work with limited resources.

Will Be a Plus

  • Experience working with streamers: collaborations, streamer campaigns;
  • Experience with UGC content and community management in iGaming;
  • Experience with industry awards — from submission to winning;
  • Managing social media accounts for a B2B brand;
  • Experience launching non-standard activations: merchandise, collaborations, digital campaigns.
