WHO YOU ARE

  • You can translate marketing and business goals into strong visual solutions;
  • You dive into the product and its context instead of just producing visuals;
  • You work with meaning and text content, not only with graphics;
  • You can work autonomously, quickly, and predictably;
  • You actively use AI tools to speed up and optimize production.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Create banners and creatives for social media, marketing channels, websites, and media packs;
  • Design presentations and one-pagers for commercial proposals, marketing, and internal communication;
  • Adapt existing art materials (game assets) for specific design tasks;
  • Create short video creatives using AI tools;
  • Participate in scaling the company’s new branding and experiment with new formats and approaches;
  • Occasionally work with printed materials.

WHAT YOU KNOW

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A portfolio with marketing / promotional design cases;
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (main tool) and Photoshop;
  • Practical experience using AI tools for visual generation, production acceleration, and creative ideation;
  • Understanding of composition, text layout, and strong attention to typography;
  • Ability to work in a business-paced environment, manage your workload, meet deadlines, and communicate risks in advance;
  • Openness to feedback and iterative work;
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming / GameDev / Web3;
  • Good English skills for working with layouts and communication;
  • Knowledge of Russian will be considered a plus.
