Due to our rapid growth, we are now looking for a Junior Sales Operations Manager to join our forward-looking team. Preferred locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania, or Georgia, but the position can be fully remote within a +/- 1-2 hour difference from the CET zone.

What You Do
As a Junior Sales Operations Manager, your role will support the Sales Department by assisting in the optimization of sales processes and providing crucial administrative and operational support. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assist in Process Improvement: Support the identification and implementation of improvements to sales processes and workflows, contributing to increased efficiency.
- Sales Support: Help develop and maintain sales tools and resources, ensuring the sales team has what they need to perform effectively.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data and metrics, helping to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and distribute basic sales reports, keeping the team informed of key performance indicators and sales metrics.
- CRM Management: Assist in maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and helping the sales team manage customer relationships effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments like Marketing and Finance to align on sales initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
- Sales Administration: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, updating records, and coordinating communications.
What You Know
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales support or business analyst role, preferably within the iGaming or tech industry.
- Analytical Skills: Basic ability to analyze sales data and create simple reports to support decision-making.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and support the sales team efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools; basic experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support the sales team and collaborate with other departments.
- Learning Mindset: A willingness to learn and grow in the role, with a proactive approach to developing new skills.
